Place the pre-soaked biocellulose patch with the widest part on the bottom of the eye and the narrowest part on top. Smooth it with your finger so that it perfectly adheres to the skin. Repeat on the other eye.  Leave on for 15 minutes, remove the patches, and massage using circular motions until the excess sebum is absorbed.
